    Last school year, I participated in the Beginning Teacher Workshop through NESC, and to say that the experience was beneficial would be an understatement. After 20 years of experience in Early Intervention, transitioning into a school setting was a significant change for me. While I felt confident in my ability to teach, I initially felt less confident with classroom management and creating an environment that set both my students and myself up for success.
    I took full advantage of the online resources, tools, and professional support the facilitator provided throughout the workshop.
